Ano ang halaga ng isang robotWhat a robot actually costs
Lahat ng parte, may presyo. Walang itinatago. Every part, with what it costs. If you are thinking of helping, this is the whole list — you can buy one thing on it and know exactly where it went.
Mga presyo: Lazada / Shopee Philippines, nakalista 18 Okt 2026
$1 ≈ ₱64 29 Okt 2026
Totoong presyo sa Lazada / Shopee · real listed prices
These are real listed prices from Philippine sellers, checked in October 2026. Prices move a little month to month, so treat them as close rather than exact — but they are what we actually expect to pay, not rounded-up guesses. Where something has not been priced yet, it says so instead of being invented.
Bawat bata, para sa mga aralin · each child, for the lessons
Aralin 1–8 happen on a breadboard, before any robot exists
Starter electronics kit
Breadboard, jumper wires, LEDs, resistors, push buttons, 1N4007 diodes, battery holder
This is every lesson from 1 to 8 — the loop, the resistor, the switch,
the diode. One kit per child, or one between two. Reusable term after term.

Multimeter
The tool from Aralin 4 — so they can check a claim instead of believing it
Cheap ones are a couple of dollars locally. One each beats one shared:
a shared meter means one child measuring and five watching.
⚠️ Buy spare fuses. Someone will put it across a battery in amps mode. ≈$2–4≈₱130–250

The single most expensive item, and the one that survives everything.
One per bot, reusable term after term.
$13–23₱800–1,500
N20 gear motors × 2
The drive motors, 6V, 300–600 RPM
⚠️ The parts that break most. Spares are not optional.

$0.80–1.60₱50–100

children watching instead of driving.

Bawat termino · every term
The quiet recurring costs that get absorbed silently
Paper and toner
Every child gets the whole course as a booklet on day one
Two-up on A5, double-sided, cut and stapled — 70 sheets
covers twenty children for the whole course. See the
worksheets page.
$25per term
Filament
PLA and PETG for chassis, TPU for tyres and armour
Not costed yet — depends on how much gets destroyed, which
we will only know after the first term.

4.5 mm solid polycarbonate and fixings for the battle box
Built once. Not yet priced in the Philippines.

A second printer
Before the current one wears out
Four children's schoolwork plus a twenty-child course is a lot
of hours on one machine.
to be costed—
Ang susunod · the next branch
Nine of the fourteen modules already serve both — a drone is five extra, not a second course
Starter drone parts
Coreless motors, frame, off-the-shelf flight controller, battery
The drone branch is mapped and deliberately parked: nothing gets
sourced for it until the robot course has been run with real children, because
what we learn doing that will change how it is written.

Kung may sobra
Anumang hindi pa nagagamit ay para sa mga parte sa susunod na termino.
Anything beyond the items listed here goes straight to next term's
parts. Nothing is held back, and nothing goes anywhere that is not on this page.
Saan napunta ang binili mo
Isinusulat namin kung aling bata ang nakatanggap ng bawat parte.
We write down which child received each part — not just what was
bought. If you buy a motor driver, you will be able to see the bot it went into and the
kid driving it. That is the whole point of listing it this way.
